All pets being transported will need a signed health certificate no older than ten days upon pick up. All animals will be thoroughly looked over for any signs that it would not be safe to transport. If the pets have medical conditions and needs please fully disclosed before hand.

What is needed for transportation:

Signed contract you receive from me by email

Signed health certificate by a USDA certified veterinarian

Food labeled with pets name and quantity

Leash/collar/harness

If needing medication a signed vet note stating pets name, medication and dosage information

Treats

Beds

These items can be brought on transport but no toys, chews, bedding will be in the crates during travel. The items will be noted and labeled for the specific pet.
